Our mixologists can make you anything you like, so don’t despair if your favorite is MIA. Just ask.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Time for cold weather delights

Brown Sugar Toddy  served hot

BSB Bourbon, fresh lemon, organic honey, and a cinnamon stick in a great hot toddy

Candy Cane Martini  shaken, served up         

       Crater Lake Vodka, Peppermint Schnapps, served with a candy cane and edible gold flakes

Winter Blossom  shaken, served up               

Peach & Orange Ketel One Vodka, peach puree, ginger liqueur, lemon, topped with Prosecco

The Snowbird  shaken, served up                      

Bacardi Coconut Rum, lime, house-made lemongrass syrup

Evan Williams Bourbon & Brandy Nog

         A classic chilled nog, with fresh nutmeg

Moroccan Coffee  served hot                                

       Rum, Kahlua, Baileys, coffee (decaf or caf), topped with heavy cream and fresh nutmeg

Mac’s Old Fashioned  shaken                                             

         Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon, bitters,  house-made simple syrup, muddled dark cherry, orange

Paper Plane  served up                                            

Bulleit Bourbon, Aperol, fresh lemon juice, Nonino, with a lemon twist

Kick It Up Old Fashioned  stirred

         Hochstadter’s Low and Slow Rye, habanero bitters, with an orange twist

Black Manhattan  stirred, served up 

         Rittenhouse Rye, Averna, bitters, a muddled Toschi Amarena dark cherry

Dark Cherry Whiskey Sour   A FAVORITE!     

         Buffalo Trace Bourbon infused with Bing cherries, house-made sour, cherry bitters

Robert the Bruce  neat or on a rock              

         Blended scotch, amaretto, and drambuie, cask-aged on site. Our family recipe!

Citrus Sapphire  shaken, up                                    

       Bombay Sapphire, St. Germaine, Cointreau, fresh lemon, with an absinthe rinse

Tequila Rose  stirred                                                            

Hornito’s Reposado, gin-aged orange bitters, house rose flower syrup, grapefruit twist

Dark and Stormy                                                             

Gosling’s Black Seal Rum, fresh lime,  Cock-n-Bull ginger beer                                      

Chip’s Nightcap  shaken, served up                  

Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Liqueur, chili chocolate Kahlua
